This policy explains how COREcruitment (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data submitted through this website. We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form we collect:
- whether you are hiring or looking for a role;
- your name, email address and phone number;
- company name (employers), the role you are hiring for or looking for, and location;
- anything you choose to write in the message field;
- technical data sent with the form: date and time, IP address, browser type and the page address, used to prevent spam and abuse.
Please do not send sensitive information (for example health details, ID or bank details) through the form. We do not ask for it.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and provide recruitment services — taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To contact you about suitable roles or candidates related to your enquiry — your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam — our legitimate interest.
If you are a candidate, we will discuss a vacancy with you before sharing your details with an employer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who host and deliver this website and store form submissions on our behalf, including content delivery and security provider Cloudflare;
- prospective employers, for candidates, and only after we have discussed the role with you;
- authorities where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and provide our services, and then delete it. Spam-prevention data is kept for a short period only.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tracking tools. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email hello@corecruitment.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
